At ONCALL LONDON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury fashion item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your ONCALL LONDON account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
